How Does Seating Work?With a reservation every guest may not have a seat. Party Brunch is a nightlife party experience meaning that unlike a traditional restaurant, we do not expect our guests to be seated throughout the party. Your table is a home base for your party where your drinks and food will be served. *We can only guarantee a seat for each guest at the High Tops & Bar.*

Cancellations & Modifying Reservation PolicyMust cancel 72 hour before event or deposit in non-refundable. Refund will be the deposit paid minus merchant fee. Your minimum is based on your group size 72hrs before the event.

What is the commitment to book party brunch?There is a $50pp (per person) minimum food & drink spend before tax, gratuity, and a 3% service fee. A minimum spend is a commitment of spending a certain amount in order to participate in party brunch. Your minimum is what your initial group reservation is for. Example a group of 10 has a $500 minimum food & drink spend. To hold a table; visit HERE to place a deposit. The deposit will be applied to the final bill. *The final bill can be split up to TWO ways.*

What is the sky lounge?Sky lounge is the upstairs party room with a separate dj.

What can I spend the $50 pp min on?You can order any food or drink to reach your min $50 minimum spend. Bottomless mimosa package is $35pp. Trying to make it easier to plan? Opt in for mimosas and the family style brunch platter for a minimum spend of $53pp before tax, gratuity, and service fee. All in your total is $70.67pp

What is the dress code?Fashionable; Dressed like going out nightclub or dinner; No Timberland boots

Can I have an outside Photographer?Sorry, we don’t allow outside photographers. We can use video and pictures for our marketing purposes.

Does everyone at my table have to get the mimosa package?The entire group would have to OPT in or out. If your party OPTs out, you are still responsible to reach your minimum spend.

How do I get a custom VIP Presentation?Ordering bottles of liquor or champagne (not house champagne) gets a custom VIP presentation. Take a looking at our Brunch Bottle Menu.

Does everyone have to be 21?Yes everyone in the party has to be 21 and over.

Are there additional Fees on top of the $50 pp min spend?$50 pp min spend is only an obligation to hit per guest. There is tax, 20% gratuity and 3% service fee on top of the bill.
